LessonMat provides worksheet generation tools for teachers. This policy explains what data we collect, why we process it, and how you can contact us.

Data We Collect

  • Account data such as email address and authentication metadata.
  • Worksheet generation inputs and outputs needed to provide history and downloads.
  • Billing identifiers and subscription status from our payment provider (Creem).
  • Operational logs for reliability, abuse prevention, and support.

How We Use Data

  • Deliver worksheet generation, previews, and downloads.
  • Enforce plan entitlements, quota, and retry rules.
  • Process subscriptions and account-level billing events.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot incidents.

Data Retention and Deletion

Generation history retention depends on plan: Free (30 days), Teacher (90 days), Creator (permanent unless deleted by user request or legal requirement). Billing records are retained as required for accounting and compliance.
